My next issue...cancelling closer

So my ADSL was finally installed and I would now like to cancel my closer plan and get Do1. I've already managed to cancel my data bundle on my phone and just want to confirm that I'm no longer paying for it before I sign up for Do1.

My problem is when I call to cancel the closer plan the call center people say that I can't because I still have open orders on my line, the open order being the installation of the ADSL. Who do I need to speak to to tell them that they finally did their job and can mark it as complete? 10219 doesn't help at all.
 
when u get through to 10219, asked for the accounts administration number.. they will give you the number of sum1 closest to you... (dbn is 320 west str)

Then when you get through to them, which wont be a call centre.. tell them, and they will sort it out...

if they say they dont know, ask to speak to superiors, until u get a local number...

I had to do this for 2 whole days... and finally it paid off... ;)
