My public IP keeps getting blocked when using Thunderbird mail client

Hi All,
My fiber and my domain is registered with Axxess.
Every time i try and set up my domain email in thunderbird, My domain blocks my ip address.

I used outlook on windows which worksed100%. I went over to linux and my IP gets blocked.

I then have to log a call for them to unblock it. When i try send receive in Thunderbird, it gets blocked again.

Anyone know if this is something i can change in cPannel as axxess doesnt know why.
 
I had a case once where the user had another device (smart phone) which was repeatedly trying to log in, but unsucessfully, and this resulted in the IP address being blocked.
