My PunkBuster Nightmare...

Hey folks!

So I've just bought COD4. I've happily levelled to 25, got my G3 & alls happy in game...

Today I get an evil PunkBuster warning that I am running an older version of the server - ie. C2.122.

I then Auto Update using the PunkBuster program. Try again, that does NOT work...

I then try manually updating & that too doesn't work...

I then get the bright idea to reinstall the game, after doing that (2x) it does NOT work.

I'm at a point where I'm swearing my poor (but understanding PC) & pulling out what little hair I have on my kop...

Please can someone zip there PB folder & upload it for me? , so that I may go back to being slaughtered in COD4....

But I still can't understand why both updates failed.
U know that sometimes the admins forget to update the punkbusters on there side?

I think that could possibly be it, I was just comparing scripts & mine see fine compared to yours.
