VC has a DATA monitor that is accurate.
They warn you if you are near your bundle end.
MTN does not do any of the above.

Had I known that I have to monitor my own data usage, I would have taken an ADSL from Telkom.
I will look funny taking my desktop on the plane when I visit my boet. And to carry it up and down from home to work. I have a laptop at work and a desktop at home and I use my boet's smartphone as a modem.
How do I monitor all this?

One thing MTN can really do is fix that.

Their 16202 service is offline for 2 weeks now. If I check my usage it says "As of 24th of August............"

We are allmost halfway through September. Called 808. "Out engineers are working on the problem....."

Hmm I would like to work for MTN cause it seems you get a s*** load of money for not doing anything. Although its the same for all major companies in South Africa
