I replied to a post about how Iburst rep pm's about calling you and saying that the line is busy, telling my story about that they say that the phone rings and rings and rings... And I am paying R599 for the 3.5GB still... and my post and the post I was replying to was DELETED.

So do I have to look for a notice that mybb was down, or do I suspect that otherwise?

ROFL. The mods won't delete your post unless you posted something really offensive or against the T&Cs. You haven't been naughty have you?

I gave my contact details, I got the same response - can't they leave a voice mail saying that they failed to reach me, instead of the phone just ringing and ringing and ringing? Oh, and I should be a valued customer, as I am paying R599 for the Pro Classic 3.5GB data, I have not been migrated, I should be getting 8GB for December & 8 GB for Jan. I also lost emails that were received at the cc address, and got PM and the response of phone just rings ...

My humblest aplogies. There are so many threads with complaints that it is easy to get lost. Which seems to be the message from iburst. We have been with them since Sept 2005, and problems appear to have started around June 2009.

I tried searching for the post, after I clicked on my lost post on my member page, and failed.
