My Router Still Syncing At 1mb

I just want to double check: did Telkom upgrade the 1mb line to 2mb yet? If so what is the simplest way that I can get sort my line out

Call them.

Alternatively you might be too far away from the exchange to sync at > 1meg. Either way, call them to find out

Calling them would be an ideal option. I hear you can also tweet to Telkom (if you have Twitter). I'm not sure if the Telkom rep around here is still active...
