My sim card replacement.

I have an issue with my rain sim card, when i insert it on my phone it says no simcard, is there any one who has experienced this and if they got their sim replaced how long did it take, rain customer service takes time to respond and i need it because i use it for work purposes.

Hi , could you please PM your email address linked to your rain account so i can look into it for you, but it seems i might have to replace the sim card for you, delivery of replacement sim can happen withing 5 working days if not sooner.
