Hi Guys, please check my current signals I have. In my mind these values are poor and i'm within 10km of my supposed exchange.
I'm getting really poor speeds.

Your SNR and attenuation are both outstanding, especially the downstream SNR.

I'd say your exchange may be congested or there is some other problem, but those stats are good.

Your modem is basically stating that it can connect at up to 11Mbps speeds, but its currently connected at 2Mbps.
The exchange may be 10km away, but your ADSL line's copper wires are connected to a DSLAM that is like within 3km.

Thanks guys, I'm using my works business capped account and getting terrible speeds during the day and this is normal FTP from a reliable 100mbit source.

Nothing wrong with your SNR & Attenuation.

My suggestion would be to try the free cybersmart & afrihost accounts and see if the same things happen with them.

You say you are getting poor speeds but you don;t mention what they are. From the info you provided I would say you have a 2Mb/s adsl circuit?

Yes 2mb home line, i have 3 isp's at my disposal the two capped accounts using filezilla 2 files being download i get ~30kb max per file and these accounts are supposed to be unshaped. I'm at my wits end.
