Have you and SO researched how these situations can result in relationship problems, eg trust issues...if not, maybe a good idea to check that out too...good luck, keep us posted :)

Only experience I have in this is from a gay perspective.

There was a married couple who decided that they wanted to have a 3sum, they also spoke about it decided that their relationship was strong enough to handle it.

Needless to say they are no longer together.

The big thing here is honesty and trust.

By the sounds of things you have spoken about and do understand the risks that come with this.

OP I honestly think its kind of a trap in my perspective to see if you are "faithful" in a way, yes it does sound bizarre but thats just my opinion.

In other words she could get jealous and say you give the other girl more attention than her etc and things can go south fast.

Make sure it isn't her cousin, don't finish early and let them contine satisfying each other cause then you will start to get jealous and begin assaulting her cousin.

Is your wife maybe in the closet and thinking about having a trial run first before coming out? Think about this.. Why Would she agree to you boinking another woman while she gets to watch. Doesn't make sense - females are fickle.
 
My S.O. and i joke about this.I know that even if we had an Eva Longoria or loudmouth chick from Modern family, it would be incredible uncomfortable to just jump into bed and see what happens.
I think the right way for this to happen is for your SO and 3rd wheel to go at it behind closed doors, then you and 3rd wheel go behind closed doors, so that in the end the final meeting everyone knows everyone carnally.

I have pretty much given up on it because i know woman too well, they say one thing and mean another, so ya...all the best boet.
Also, have you ever had a sexual fantasy come true?It kinda sucks because now that fantasy doesnt exist anymore, or maybe this is just me..
