My speed is slow

I received my sim card and did check for coverage in my area but when i started using it my speed was super slow for download and upload. Is there a way that this can even increase in speed

Please send us a PM with your account details and address so that I can have someone look into your speed issue to try and resolve it for you.

Depending on the terrain around you and the location there could be factors that hinder the speed that you currently have but we will do or best to improve it or advise as best as possible to ensure that you a better outcome.

Thanks, but I've been on this merri-go-round. Your guys finally told me the tower I use is congested. I get great speeds at 5am

Yup I had the same problem too, during silly hours I get great speeds in the 30Mbps down 15Mbps up range as the day gets to midday slows to a crawl then pretty much stops was so frustrating. Similar experience with Telkom ADSL and Telkom Mobile, MTN slightly better. Just bit the bullet and went Cool Ideas on Octotel fibre what a blessing on a 20/20 get 20/20 and with the VPN up was getting 13 down and 18 up mid afternoon!

I haven’t gotten over 1mbps up over the past 10 days. I’ve already sent my account details and someone has contacted me but to no avail.
