My speed test: please help decipher!

hi guys,
i was trying to download torrents but they are so slow today even with good seeding. Is SEACOm still not up properly?
i'm on a 384 line while i wait for my 4mb upgrade to kick in. using Telkom as an ISP. Did 2 speedtests and wondering if the results are normal for my line.



London: download 0.22 mbps
upload 0.08 mbps
latency 468ms

any help would be appreciated!

i see that we are in the same boat!

my torrents were alright for a couple of hrs but everything is slow again.
my ping to London is now 863ms..getting worse!
