What do you guys think? Am I being ripped off on anything? Are my components going to hold up. I'm not too clued up on hardware.

I am going to use it for games only. I was aiming for R7k, but well...

Well, um, if you're concerned with having it kick ass, then get a good OC'ing board, NOT that Intel or any other Intel, and most of the Core 2 Duo chips will make 3.0GHz and beyond.
Ye so, you don't even need the E6550, just get an E4320..
