My system locks up while playing games

Thought that might be a possibility but when it is cold at night I don't have this problem... Then I can play any game for hours... even on days when it's raining :confused:
 
Done some more tests... the PSU stays quite cool, the one component that gets hot enough to burn my hand is that one between the pci-e slots, the sticker on it says PCIE Expander... guess it must be the motherboard then?
 
So, it was the motherboard, the Southbridge overheated... Got the board replaced and looks like it is running smooth now!
