My Telkom wishlist

If wishes came true, here is what I would wish from Telkom:

Technicians to come when promised. I have waited days for technicians to come, does Telkom think we can just take time off work to wait around. When you say you are coming then come, or let us know when with a bit more certainty.

More communication, I shouldn't have to phone and beg, there should be a turnaround time for jobs. I shouldn't log a fault on Monday morning, only to find on Wednesday that is hasn't even been assigned to a technician yet.

I would accept a 3 day turnaround on basic faults, but waiting indefinitely is just not on, and it is not like we can just swap service providers as we can swap ISP's, we are kinda stuck with you, so do us a favour and put you money where your mouth is!!!!
 
I want my Telkom statement to reflect R0.00 due every month -_o
