My Vodacom dilemma

Hi All,

I have a small annoying issue with My Vodacom.

I have forgotten the answer to my security question and i keep locking my dam account.

Anyone know of a solution to this? apart from doing memory exercises

But surely you have to get into the account first in order to make any changes? Sounds like the OP is locked out of his account (again)?

Sadly it is a daily thing (being locked out).

Feel like 007 right now, trying to figure out the answer to my own dam question.
