My Vodacom issue - data balances not available?

Just received an SMS saying my number no longer has available data. Tried logging in to My Vodacom to check the balances, etc, however the My Balances -> Data Balances section reflects the following:

CURRENT,Service type not found,Unknown Service Unknown Offering 255W
Expires 2014-06-30
Remaining data: 0KBTotal data: 200.00MB

Is there a problem with the Data bundles or the site, or both? Don't want to continue using 3G if OOB applies...
I also see the Free Minutes balances also seem to have disappeared.

Also the Buy Airtime/Bundles option does not give a dropdown of bundle choices - it only shows one option: "Select Bundle..."
USSD is also not working: "General Error" message.

At a client and unable to do my work now...
 
My vodacom account has the same gobeldygook.I use a data manager app to make sense of my data use.
 
Have the same issue. Site breaks/shows nothing. USSD shows Error/E155. Vodacom truly has some horrendous systems.
