On prepaid I could see all my balances, albeit in different locations.
Now I am on contract, uChoose Smart M...
Why can I no longer see any balances? The only balance that shows is the TopUp I did.
I deleted the App, reinstalled it, both Android and iOS.

I've been on uChoose Smart since December and have and logged numerous complaints with them neither their App nor the web portal show you how much data you have the only way is dial *111# and follow the prompts.

All the complaints fall on deaf ears
