Has anyone managed to register on this recently?

The cell app tells me to try later and the webpage (via PC) just gives me a VC page without content when I should presumably get a "congrats on registering" or similar. Trying to login tells me wrong info. Trying pass recover tells me I'm not registered?

I would call 082111 they are generally very helpful with small issues, its the technical stuff, more advanced, that they mess up.
