My Xbox

Ive been playing games on my PC for ages. I patiently waited for FarCry 2 to come out. It eventually did! But due to its buggy nature, it didnt even work on my "super computer"!
I dedided enough was enough. Time for a change.

So I purchased an XBOX ELITE the other day.

All I can say is WW!!!! what a brilliant object of affection! The graphics are very good! (running it through my Samsung 226BW with HDMI - DVI) Loading is short! No need for installation! Just pop the disk in and play!

Totally love the machine!The only downside I have is that there is no proper xbox live for SA. Hoping that sh** will come soon!

PS. one question... how do you meet other players/users on XBOX LIVE?

The last 50 or so people you played against are listed (not sure where on the new NXE) and you can send friend requests to them, otherwise you can get some gamertags from people on this forum or go to the 360 SA forums and ask them to add you as a friend.

What Ndu said is spot on - it's the last tab on your Messages/Friends/last played view on the guide (just view friends and go to the right)

Alternatively you can use Friends of Friends. If you click on one of your friends (add some guys from here, there's a gamertags thread) vie wtheir profile and switc hto the right tab of their view there's an option to view friends or bio - view their friends - it'll show a list of all your friends friends, fro mwhich you can join a game or send more friends requests.
