It is a bit of an adjustment, agreed. But I do like the way that they have made it an alternate universe.

See, now I enjoy the "drama, touchy feely" type movies at times (to an extent of course). Which is why I thoroughly enjoyed Oblivion, despite its flaws...

I liked that one too.

I will watch it again to get the real message behind it.

I think I watched the first 3 Rambo movies about 22 times each to find their messages but all I could work out was "kill..kill...kill".

Started watching District 9 on etv last night and I thought what the hell am I watching and I watched the soccer instead, what a piece of rubbish that movie is.

Don't write M. Night Shyamalan off just yet after the After Earth disaster because the movie DEVIL is awesome and he was the story writer on it.

Penthouse North - a good thriller but you can rip it apart in some scenes.

6.5-7 / 10

Epic scale of scenes which imo would be lost on a anything but a Big screen. The Special effects are also top notch.
It did however feel a bit like an episode rather than a movie.

It could also be because I expected a lot from this movie and it could never live up.

Man of Steel- 10/10 for me... Epic in every sense of the word.
