MyBB article idea: Credit Cards

myBB is always up to date wrt articles comparing cheap bank accounts, but something that is missed is comparing credit cards. Hopefully the seed gets planted with this thread, as it would be nice to see a comparison of CC's and their annual fee's versus the benefits and rewards they offer. In my mind, my Virgin Money CC is the benchmark with zero fee's but does not come with rewards...

(This thread doesn't need any credit lecturers as it is assumed that some people are able to manage their credit and only use what they have in cash to settle)

The problem is that when you move past the basic credit cards a lot of things come into play that differs per individual.

Take your Virgin CC and compare it to a FNB Platinum one. On paper your fees etc. look way better. Then compare it to my specific credit card with lowered interest rate, the eBucks I earn on which effectively means FNB is "paying me" to use it and all the other benefits. If you had the same card as me but your spending habits were very different it would be a different story.

So for this article the title should be "Credit card comparison for poor people or those that don't use it a lot"
