MyBB BF3 Clan

Played with Kosmik and Worf on TS last night. Eish sometimes all those explosions makes it hard to hear.
 
For some reason, I am uber crap in BF3.
In BFBC2 I wasn't too bad, normally have a 1/1 kd ratio,
but in this.................... 2-10 is a good score for me. :o
(not that I'm moaning, I have never been one that gave a damn about a k/d ratio anyways.)
Oh, and those 64 player maps are brutal, death seems to be raining down from everywhere the whole time. :D

This game is bleeding brilliant, having tons of fun.

I need to buy a new headset. I still have the same broken one from BC2 that sounded all tinny. Agreed though, being in communication with your teamies is the boss!

How do I apply to join the clan?
Want to get more into squad play.

Joining random guys in a squad and there is no team work what so ever.

Still a bit noobish but who better to turn me into a true soldier than the mybb veterans :)

Search for the myBroadband platoon and apply.
Then just wait for ol Worfy to accept your application.
 
Morning Everyone,

Nice to see a lot of new members joining, however, over the the weekend I noticed a lot of players not joining the TS channel.

It makes a big diffrence in game play when we can talk to one another. Ask the guys that joined over the weekend how much fun we had.

Also guys if you seeing Red after a few rounds on MP, take sometime with a m8 and hit co-op for a bit.
There are a few weapons to unlock in co-op that can be used in MP and ask Kosmik they are a bit challanging :)

For guys that haven't played any bf series before, here is a suggestion.
Concertrate on one spec's (support,asault, etc) this will help to unlock better items and weapons etc,
Same goes for weapons, don't swop guns all the time, try stick to one and unlock all it addons.

At the moment I've gone support, really enjoying the claymore in close quaters, mortar for big maps and as poor pitbull ,he had me screaming in he's ear last night as I chased after a tank with C4 in my hands like a mad man.I did blow up the tank :)
 
Hey Worf, I took your suggestion about spending time with one kit.
It def does help, started playing mainly with my engi now, and now I am beginning to give the guys a pakslae.
But that only started happening after I unlocked the RDS and grip for the AKS-74u.

I'll bring the beers the next time you feel like camping out with the tank in the hills. :D

Please explain to me what I need to do to join the TS thingy? I am a complete noob with this kind of stuff :o

Also, I don't have a microphone, but I will follow orders no problem! :D
 
Loving the game so far. I am also struggling a bit. Must just spend more time on it. I still need to install teamspeak aswell. Got my first triple kill with a hand grenade.:D

Load times seem a bit long. wonder if i should upgrade from 4gb.

Oh yeah, I am keen to go park their again, was a nice spot. we caught all the little ants running from one flag to the next.
Best is we can catch them, before the can get close enough to get to us. We just need a 3rd member in the AA tank, to sort the jets and heli's out and we'll have a iron fort up their.

First, download TS here: http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=downloads
Then install it.
Lastly use the info on post #194 on page13 to log onto the TS channel.

I kept those birds pretty busy with my Stinger.

Ts just brings another angle of fun into the game, asking guys to supress cover etc, letting players around you now u down and where you were shot from and you become friends with the guys. Not having a mike is ok for now, but you'll soon release that you'll need one once you've been on ts.

For example if it wasn't for ts, Pitbull would still be asking for ammo ingame lol. grrr he made get out my tank and give him ammo :)

If you're looking at Crysis 2 for MP, I don't think that there is much MP action anymore, but apparently the SP isn't too bad.

I also got a code and I went for Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe version.
