Thanks for the few sniper rounds last night boys. Got my 100 kills with the L96 and added a few metal pieces to the collection. Took sweet revenge on a claymore killer. :D Now to go and camp in Caspian border and MAV spot assist. :o
 
Should a some good game time on hand next week as wifey is on a business trip so i will have to nights of solid gaming.

yeah you got me good I tried to move around with the sniper class but I'm too scared to stand still playing with recon so I run around with a 44 rather.

getting knifed still scares me Hate the knife cam if i'm the victim lol
 
Managed to knife a noob last night while they were typing noob messages :D

Had fun on the conquest domination modes but Im really starting to dislike gun master now.

I want to play more rush and squad rush and try it on different maps.

Any ideas on what the mew content drop was that was posted on the updates 8hrs ago?

There are some speculations like, new heal, new camo for grenades to make them look like tins of soup.:D

ROFL Kyton. I nearly passed out from laughter while reading that :D

I also saw theat they put a post in the updates on my page but they say nothing about it. the last bonus content drop was B2K so we cant even speculate on what it will be. Hope its new guns or maps
 
Hey guys

I really don't know anything about servers and how they work so if this is a dumb question, well...

How is it that I can play on an international server with up to 300ms ping and have a better, smoother game experience than on a local server where I get 40-80ms ping?

I also play on 8ta 3g, some nights are good, some are bad with lag.

When it gets a bit laggy, i move my dongle so that it tries to switch over to a new cell id (tower)

Last night on a busy server my ping went down to 38ms.:D. Game played smooth as well.

HAHA 8ta noobs. I know Kyton struggles with his connection some times. The other night I was having a good ol laugh at watching him rubber band across a building on Karg island during rush.

Do you guys use the cheap usb modems they come with? Why not try getting a proper 3g router?

The last month or so my connection has been really solid, not lightning fast but I didn't get the spikes I'd gotten used to.

But no jokes, and you can look at my history to substantiate it, I played 90% of my games on international (mainly German) servers because I got a better game experience. The SGS servers are by far the worst.
 
They don't come with modems, you have to buy one.

I have the Hauwei E1820 21mbps dongle plugged into my TP-Link MR3420 3G router. I need to get an external antenna to help boost my signal as max i get is 61%. A colleague of mine bought one and his signal went from - 69dbm down to -53dbm and gets up to 13mbps download speeds. I get anywhere from 1mb to 7mbps down speed.

I play with MTN lite 3g and it works fine. But there is the odd occasion where my ping jumps from 80 to 1800ms for about 10 seconds. Don't know why that happens sometimes.
 
could be when your signal switches towers or changes bandwdith, 3g - edge and back again. I must get my router to stay on hsdpa.

I can see the light change colour on the dongle from light blue to dark blue most times. Then it is switching.
