Hi Guys
Having problems with the My Broadband mobile app on my HTC Desire HD.
Cannot seem to access the "Forum" tab.Each time I do, I get the "force close" message.Tried uninstalling and re-installing to no avail.Rebooted my phone also to no avail.Even installed the app on my wife's HTC and still encountered the same problem.Is anyone aware of any problems?

Not sure if this is the right forum to post this so excuse me and please move if necessary.
 
Also been having intermittent problems and fc's with the app. Uninstall and re-install seems to have worked (touch wood).

Personally I'm using a "trial" copy, but afta these past few days its really proving itself of being worthy of my R20.

also having "force close" problems on my LG Optimus black and Asus transformer tablet.
 
Also had problems with it on my HTC Flyer, worked fine at first then kept having to force close, was working fine on my Desire S before the pc board on that gave up the ghost (just got it back this week) so still have to reinstall the app, been thinking of just using tapatalk anyway
 
Dam I thought I was the only one with the FC hope someone's looking into it and give FEEDBACK as to why?

installed it again on my Desire S this morning, first time I used it after logging on got a "force close" error

it's been working fine for about a month for me and now getting this error too. Clearing the cache causes it to hang with 'processing'. Backing out results in the 'force close' error on trying again. Logging out also causes the hang on 'processing'.

Sending this from the web page which works 'fine'.
 
Also just bought tapatalk. Much faster than the mybb app too.

Is this app broken or what no response from the mods?????? I'm still getting FC!!!!!

+1 to the FC. I'm using the new mybb beta android app now. Haven't had any problems yet
 
+1 Continuous FC on app on my SGS2. Using Tapatalk works perfectly.

Worht every penny and personally i only use it on 3 forums now, maybe some more later but work keeps me kind of busy
 
If anyone has doubts about buying tapatalk - don't.Been using it for a week and very happy with results,well worth the R23.Thks to the forumites that recommended it.

I also noted another thread where you can get it for free if you have access to Samsung's app store.
 
Was getting constant crashing on the old app so bought tapatalk., with every cent. Works flawlessly. Best R20 I ever spent.
