I've had toenail fungus on my left foot for a quarter of a century. I've tried many different remedies, none of which have worked. After using this cream for only a few weeks, the toenails are vastly improved and the fungus is disappearing. I should note that I use the cream with DMSO, which allows the cream to penetrate the nail. I apply the cream first, rubbing it in at the base of the nail, and then add a layer of cream over the nail. Finally, I put a drop or two of DMSO on top. My 8 year-old daughter has had head fungus for over a year, and the cream is also getting rid of that.
