never heard of myisp.co.za....

if you are looking for the lowest account, try vitality broadband.

www.vitalitybroadband.co.za - R44 per gig.

dunno if they actually require vitality subscription as they ask discovery membership no(health or life plan).
 
I was gonna ask the same thing. They look really cheap and their ad mentions rollover bandwidth. But their site does not say what backbone they use or anything about rollover...

Not sure, but don't pre-paid accounts do this too? I'm not sure how ISPs and providers (IS/SAIX etc;) work this stuff out.

Still, sounds good, hopefully Openweb can top this :)
