You should use the push notifications in the myrain app to notify your subscribers of outages on your network/infrastructure. You could also notify when service is restored.
For fixed service subscribers (fixed LTE and 5G), you can possibly automate this when the site/tower used by the subscriber tower goes down (to avoid spamming all subscribers with issues that don't affect them). Just spitballing here, but it seems doable at a cursory glance.
For mobile subscribers, you might be able to use device location to determine if there are any faults nearby and notify the subscriber.
It will likely save your support desk (and this forum) a lot of calls, and result in less frustrated subscribers.
A general "network status" tab in the app would not hurt either, in case people just want to check.
For an ISP, your transparency is severely lacking.
