Mystery traffic fine

Hi all

I recently received a traffic fine (my first one, or at least what I was aware of) via the mail and promptly paid it. However, I logged onto payfines.co.za and noticed a fine from last year March. I did not receive the fine and I had no hassles when I went to renew my license this year in May this year.
Do I need to be worried? Can I be summoned to court?

Go to AARTO's site and lookup your fine their. The status' of the finest on there is way more scary than the PayCity one.

I have about 25 like that on PayCity....pffft.

Ah, thanks for the replies everybody. AARTO's site says I have no infringements.
I just don't want to go get stopped this weekend and end up spending it in jail.

Well how big is the fine? R300 for peace of mind....

If you do not live in The Mother City...happy days...if not, better settle those...the efficiency of this city, is going to catch up with you.
