MyTelkom infinite registration loop

Ok so I registered back in 2013 and used it to pay my bill a few times. Now I can't get to the pay screen, not sure why.
On the front screen it says my account registration is not complete and u need to go to the mail I originally received and follow the instructions.
So I find the mail... Click the link and it says authorisation is invalid.
Try creating new profile, takes me to my existing profile as it uses my ID number.
Have asked them to delete my profile... Not expecting any joy there though.
Any other ideas?
