mythtv and pvr decoder

anyone here use mythtv? i started my mythtv project after I had already bought my PVR decoder. However I can't get the MCE blaster to change the channels on the decoder.

I use it but have never actually tried to get it to change the DSTV decoder channels.

Could you be more specific about where the problem is and what your setup is?

Don't know what more to say but that the Microsoft MCE Remote I have (3rd from the left) doesn't change the channels on the channel when using the blaster.

It works perfectly in Myth.

Have a look at here http://techies.co.za/phpBB2/ in the Home Entertainment section. AFAIK, the PVR decoder has some issues with the blaster...

I use GB-PVR, MCE Blaster and a DSD 939 decoder. No issues there.

Anyone here using the mediaportal software, I've been using it fo about a year now and its been great.
