MyVodacom - Managing linked numbers

On our company profile, I have logged in using the primary number.

I can only manage services of the primary number, but not any of the other linked numbers.

I am trying to activate the itemised billing for one of the linked numbers, but it doesn't give me the the Action column to activate/deactivate any services, except on the primary number.

Any ideas?

Hi,

I know there is an issue with Linked numbers on the Vodacom Site related to IE Browsers... that is still not yet Fixed...

Have you tried another browser?

I also know there are cache issues as well so try clearing that out... and if you can try switching your numbers... set another number as the primary and see if it works?

Of Course you can just log a call with vodacom to have them investigate your issue
