for some odd reasion of i downgrade to xxx66c not xxx68m i get a better connection by far.

my wow (hehe yes i endure it on stinktech) was always 1226ms - 2000ms
and now its 438ms-900ms.

also seems to be less of network unavailible or remote computer not responding errors when i dail up.

any one else with same thing - i have the D pase 1 modem.

This can happen if at some stage the NodeB was replaced on your tower and is still running v66 which your modem now has.
Chances are the NodeB's firmware will soon be upgraded though.

ProAsm what is the REAL reason why they are switching the towers in PTA off/on/off/on/off/on - in the 2.9 years that i am on sentech the towers might go off in 6months once or twice now the tower it self go dead for about 5min a day

@Ryuji a year ago i played EQ(EverQuest) on there servers in USA with 500-700ms the trick was too get a ip with 196
