Does anyone know why the shoulder next to he N2 is being cleared, until about Somerset West? Any chance they are surprising us with another lane?
On a (possibly) related note, I heard that the new building on the corner of the N1/Durban Road is a SANRAL office. The building looks like it has riot shields in front of the windows.
