Anyone of a place in gauteng where I can get the Nokia Easy Mount HH-12 for the N95? Its the suction holder that attaches to your windscreen.

Me three

I'm using a generic springloaded type gadget out of sheer desperation after not being able to obtain any type of official Nokia gadget.

LOL try phoning the clueless Nokia helpline (numbers elsewhere on the forum), or drive to Vodaworld, and hope that Nokia has opened their shop there after the move from Woodmead.
 
Just finished ordering mine from the above site, simple and effortless!!!

Aren't you guys concerned about smash and grab? I try to keep everything in my car out of sight.
 
I tried today to order my HH-12 Easy Mount Holder + CR-39 Cradle today from expansys and received this reply:-

Dear Customer,

I'm sorry to have to inform you that we are no longer able to
organise delivery of any goods to addresses in South Africa.

We have been forced to take this decision because of the high cost
and complexity of South Africa import duty rules and the refusal of
our insurers to cover goods in transit in South Africa.

N95NINJA did you receive the same or did I do something wrong?

Well did you try to go to Nokia the agents Direct. I'm sure they've them

Oops, forgot to update this thread...Yup, happened to me as well! Ordered mine from Nokia @ vodaworld though...they say it takes bout 3 days for them to get it...has been 4:mad:

Well, I decided to just go for the CR-39, it attaches to your air vent, so its right next to steering wheel on centre console. Its not a problem during daytime as I am at office until 18h00, at night I never stop dead at a robot...coaste until robot turns green or treat as stop sign after 24h00...Although the east of pretoria were I live is not really known for smash and grab, but I lock everything away when travelling to JHB...if you stop too long they'll even try and steal your bloody wheels!!! So yeah, I tend to practise defensive driving at nigth and look out at robots...

What is the price of the CR-39 and do you also have to order it and from where?

You might be able to get it in stock at nokia in CT, over here it was sold out because of the whole birthday thing. It retails for R399 at nokia in Vodaworld Midrand.
 
For all those interested in the HH-12 with CR-39 for N95. It is now available at Exactmall at R399! Not bad price considering that is cost R700 to import which also failed. Just a note, you should add R99 if you want it delivered anywhere in the country opposed to picking it up yourself from their offices in Bryanston, JHB for free...
