N95 erratic keypad unlock

I have 2 pouches, one silicon and one belt clip pouch type. The silicon one works fine. My problem occurs when using the pouch. The damn keypad unlocks as I slide the phone into the pouch. Quite weird actually. It seems to chang to lanscape mode and unlock, then locks a few seconds later. Perhaps I could change a view setting to prevent this?

Problem is I noticed the phone calling a last dialled number, and I wanna prevent a huge bill. I did add a 5 second countdown to lock the keypad but surely there should be another way around this, cos the 5 second time is annoying when using the phone for other features instead of just making a call.

Going out on a limb... does your belt pouch have a magnetic 'clasp'? Seems the switch to landscape mode when you slide the N95 into mediaplayer mode is sensitive to magnets.

Mine's been doing it since day 1 - I've learnt how to slide the N95 into & out of the pouch without it happening...

I thought it might be the magnet cos it's at that point of sliding in that affects the lock. I wonder if the magnet triggers the viewmode change cos of a magnet sensor in the phone! i shoulda went for the damn clip option if I had known. but theres prolly just a setting I could change to sort it out.
