N95 5700 ZAR
N73 3000 ZAR

Is buying the N95 worth the extra money? What are the biggest differences I can expect to see?

I have particular concern for the gps unit on the N95, how long does it take to acquire satellites? Is the gps usable? etc etc.

Also the picture quality, N73 vs N95, is the 95 much better?

Lastly, the OS and navigating the phone, is the N95 much faster? Does it hang up a lot? Freeze at all? Any information and additional info or criticisms would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

GPS built in, 5meg pixel cam with 640x480 video recording, oh and most packages come with 1 gig memory and 160meg on board ... excellent music and video player .. aweseom web browing ... best to date

a minute on average so far that i have used it

Comparing it to the k800i SE 3.2 cybershot, i prefer the quality of the n95

in the couple of months i have had the phone it reset once ... did not freeze on me ... menu navigating speeds are good ... the phone is def the best phone ive had so far, well made both hardware and software wise ... only gripe is that if you use the GPS navigation it eats battery ... normal use the phone will be fine ... example: the battery lasted me the whole of yesterday and till 30min ago today ... so thats good considering what the phone can do ... The earphones that comes in the box are crappy .. but i got sienheisser and the music quality is now awesome

Thank you very much for your response adamr, is there any criticisms you would like to make about the phone having used it for a while now?

My uncle has a N95, it's buggy as hell, the 5MP is over rated, the gps takes years to start up and the battery life sux. Any comment?

My N95 is just over 1 month old and I can truely say that I don't know of any bugs or problems with my N95. I'm not even waiting for the Firmware Upgrade because I dont need it. I said this somewhere on the forum before and I say it again, I must be a very lucky guy because everyone is complaining about there N95's but mine is running perfect.

LOL.....Piesang.....you wanted that phone so bad......it will always be 100% for you... :)

Well, in all honesty, they are not even in the same price class, so you can expect the N95 MUST be better.
If it wasn't what would the point be?

The N95 is 'better' as it has more and the latest features.
