N97-Setting msg tones for different contact?

On my old Samsung I could set different msg tones for different contacts but can't find how to do it on my N97. Read the manual and had no luck.
Has anybody had any luck with this,still got V1.2, for now. (pain in the as s Vodacom)

ok I am running v20, but I am sure it will work.

Go to contacts>>

double click on the contact you want to assign a ringtone>>

click on options>>

Edit>>

Doble click on ringtone>>

Assign a ringtone.

Ringtones is not a problem, its different message tones for different contacts(as mentioned above) that i want!
I can't belive that a 3 yr old Samsung can dot it and not a "new" Nokia.
Does anybody know of any apps that could do the job, or even a techie who could design 1.

there are apps out there that can do this. search on dotsis or similar sites. message tones from rock your mobile comes to mind. not sure if it's compatible with s60.5
