I'm referring to this specific study of course there's lots of pseudoscience around anything. It seems reasonable and until proven otherwise, plausible. Cosmik doesn't like its conclusion so he's like nah, not true.I suspect I know some of the stuff Cosmik is referring to. I was watching a Youtube video recently, dished up as science. It was obviously well funded, well produced etc. Except it was totally in the realm of pseudoscience and garbage.
I watched it more out of curiosity than the content. According to the story line, the Egyptians actually used massive magnifying glasses to melt rock, Negroid Africans were actually the guys that built stuff in Central America. So it went on. What had happened is that pseudoscience was abused to drive a narrative.
I tried finding it, seems it's now gone. It's just sad that we have people doing this. In turn it leads to discussions such as this.

The problem is when a hypothesis gets packaged as fact because it comes from a darling in the community. The narrative is kept alive despite being proven impossible simply becuase of "muh cause".I'm referring to this specific study of course there's lots of pseudoscience around anything. Again instead of pointing what is flawed in this study, you throw some fud. Just like Cosmic. WTF are you trying to achieve - ultimate deflection? Well you certainly did that alright. The problem is when a hypothesis gets packaged as fact because it comes from a darling in the community. Even now I'm supplying data for a study in a different arena, knowing what we'll find. It has been proven before, yet we have to prove it again, have it peer reviewed etc in a slightly different area of application, no matter how intuitive. It's a PITA. There are haters who will try and disprove it for no other reason because it will further threaten their own positions and egos, no matter the harm it causes.
My fok. Is it so difficult? It was evident. People trying to claim the Egyptians and pharaohs were black in ancient Egypt. It's been shown conclusively- slush and klaar. Yet the narrative lives on, the struggle continues, the pseudo science grows ...Again instead of pointing what is flawed in this study, you throw some fud. Just like Cosmic. Look Cosmic talking about the soviets lol. Jesus...

Miskien moet JY v/d klippies en coke af wegbly. Our analyses reveal that ancient Egyptians shared more ancestry with Near Easterners than present-day Egyptians, who received additional sub-Saharan admixture in more recent times.
ROFL your paraphrase that ancient Egyptians were black is so far removed from what they actually said it's hilarious. Why didn't you quote exactly what they said from the start?Miskien moet JY v/d klippies en coke af wegbly.
