Namibia throws out black ownership mining requirement

There was no economic activity. Naturally, they left in search of greener pastures. Quite a number of them, black and white, are running businesses here in SA.

So, what you are saying is that this had nothing to do with the fact that they forced mines into majority, or for that matter minority, black ownership. The slowdown in economy probably also had nothing to do with EWC, right?

This came much later with indigenisation legislation. People were already spread throughout the english speaking world.

No possibility that EWC was the cause of this, right? Skilled people just woke up one morning and decided to leave everything behind and emigrate.....?

You do know where it all started, don't you? Yes, land grabs triggered the slide. As a result (and rightly so), economic sanctions followed.
