Drexel researchers have created new electrodes based on a nanomaterial which provides very quick charging times in chemical batteries.

This is what I want to see. Smart phones are pretty advance at this stage what is missing is proper batteries or battery related innovation.

I cannot wait for a week long battery life.

In 20 years or so cars should easily be able to drive 500km or more on a single charge. Combine that with a 2 - 5 minute recharge time and nobody will drive the horrible gas/diesel cars anymore.
