Hi

Just thought I'd leave this here, in case anyone is considering buying Narada. Its imported into SA by a company called Dartcom, that couldnt give 2 hoots about customer service.

While I cant comment on how good Narada is, based on my sample of one, getting it repaired after running for a week, leaves you in a "just sit down and wait" kind of purgatory from Dartcom, with all kinds of "just listen here" and "you must understand" kind of responses, after you have forked out good money.

Use it dont use it, but I wont buy anything involving them in the future if I can help it.

The importance of doing research and buying reputable brands from reputable suppliers.

Ja, agreed ... I am not sure Narada is not up to scratch, but I couldnt get much info on the supply chain .. I bought directly from DIYGeek who have been pretty good.. but they are hitting a brick wall with the importer who is Dartcom and are **** .. not sure I would've known regardless, so I thought I'd leave this here for anyone doing the reasearch

Retailers who are concerned about reputation generally do not stock bad products, but in these times of supply shortages and a strong need, I guess that anything is possible.

Thank you for taking one for the team and assisting people with your feedback.
