Quick background:
We have a network of IoT devices all over the country, and we've been using a private APN on the Vodacom network. It's been working like a charm up until last week when 12 of our APN SIM cards stopped working. Vodacom has been unable to give any answers or solutions and they have no resorted to ignoring my furious e-mails. So I want to get rid of Vodacom and thus I'm looking at alternatives.
Question:
NB-IoT connectivity is the perfect solution - however I cannot find any specifics of the NB network/solution in South Africa, other than news articles about the MTN & Huawei launch in November last year. Queries directed at MTN business resulted in blank stares so far.

Does anyone have any information about the NB-IoT network or perhaps a person I can contact with regards to it?
(Or, while I'm here, another alternative I can look at for machine-to-machine comms?)
