NASA Visualization explorer movie issues

Hi

Got this annoying issue where the first half of any movie/video/animation in the NASA visualization explorer shows, then thereafter it's blackness and nothing else.

I have cleared the visualization explorer's story cache, but it made no difference :(

Any ideas?
