Nashua Mobile does it again...

Please excuse my spelling as I am typing from my cellphone.

How is it every time I get near to the end of the month with some of my tiny cap to spare. the Nashua usage site goes haywire and refuses to report my usage? next thing a day or 2 later im capped! I cant have been me. because i keep an eye on my usage though my own monters. So wtf is happening? are nashua siphoning off caps? and dare you phone one of their useless customer care agents and they try to sell you a 1 gb topup for r94! This is total BS!

Yes this looks like yet another scam by another corrupted company. It is a bit too suspicious if this is not the first it has happened to you. I am sure it happens 'randomly' to other users as well on the network but they don't notice. This is a classic certified SCAM.

You should call them and complain and tell them you will report them to ICASA or whoever monitors such things(not sure if icasa will do ANYTHING) but just try it. Sorry for your loss of GB, can't let people steal and get away with it.
