so my account gets softlocked on R300 usually , i get an invoice of R602 ???

this is just after a month doing an upgrade to my current contract, at which the guy told me i will pay the new amount of R135 pm for the new phone which the service fee is R80 , that i get fine.

now i see theres a R62 direct debit reversal fee, i paid the money in on the same day and in the same few minutes it reflected on the account so that the "system" can deduct it later on the afternoon or night

Could it be that they took the softlock off without telling me when i did the upgrade ? how does this work ?

what should i do now ? nobody has like R602 for a bloody account ?! :mad: my limit for the account has always been R300 max, i have all invoices to prove it.

R400 airtime it shows on the invoice, my contract softlocks on R200 airtime max !?
 
@ Draconia2 and others - I wonder WHEN consumers of mobile phone and Data WILL EVER LEARN to AVOID dealing with ANY RE-SELLER of products and services of ALL network brands. My BB forums are filled with disasisfied customers and we still see a sucker caught and bowled every week. I just cannot understand this one :confused:
