Hope this is the place to put it.

I phone Nashua Mobile this morning to get them to add a ad-hoc data bundle to my account.

The first consultant I get told me I need to fill in a form and send it to them. When I told her they (NM) has been doing it over the phone for me for months she told me they can not add ad-hoc bundles if the customer does not fill in a form.

Long story short, after failing to convince her that they have done it for me many times I put the phone down and phone them again.

I got a different agent this time and 5 minutes later I had a data bundle linked to my account with no forms involved. The email with the form in only came through about 3 hours later.

Sigh

cant you do it online with them as with autopage & vodacom? (I speak under correction WRT vodacom)

A few months back I applied for a new phone and there were no forms involved, I had the right documentation and all. And bad BAD  service from Nashua mobile in centurion mall. Totally disgusted with their service! Rant over :)
