Nashuamobile Rip off

EliasMH - if you port to MTNSP or any other service provider the 90 days notice period is still valid; you will get billed for the three months. The porting does not invaldate the notice period clause. Unfortunately this is not widely known or properly documented; the same goes for the notice period of any other service provider. So be careful with those decisions! (I also fell into this trap)
 
i-talk has a 30 day notice period in the contract.

I have been reading many post-porting issues here on MyBroadband, newspapers, but I have never heard them mentioning anything about the notice period!

One thing they have emphasised is that make sure that your contract will be up when you port. In my case I will port during the first week of May. My billing period runs from the 16th to the 15th. So I will receive the last invoice from Nashua around the 14th/15th/16th.

But I will enquire about this from both MTNSP and Nashua to determine whether the notice period will still be in place or not. But I don't think so cause my contract will still be active with Nashua when I port.
