Naspers and Prosus finance chief stepping down

Naspers and Prosus have announced that Basil Sgourdos will retire as the group chief financial officer and financial director at both companies on 30 November 2024.

Sgourdos has been with the company for 29 years, starting in 1994 as finance manager of MultiChoice's South African operations division.

Shame, I guess quitting while still getting a fat salary and golden parachute is on the table, is probably what he's doing.
