Naspers to list MultiChoice Group on the JSE

Naspers has announced it will list its Video Entertainment business separately on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE).

It will simultaneously look to unbundle the shares in this business to its shareholders.

I'd love to see if Koos and Naspers management will keep the proportional equivalent in Multichoice shares as they have in Naspers shares.

Well it makes sense except that Media24 would fall under their media and publication division. MC is already a separate company with shareholders. ShowMax has fallen under it for some time now but I'm not sure who has the rights.
