I have a Telkom Closer Router doesnt say what make it is does anyone know? Is there a way to set this to less strict?

I can tell you exactly where to go if thats the case. otherwise look for something like port forwarding on the router and set it to your xbox's (i assume its an xbox you need help with
) ip address. You would want to check that your xbox is using static ip.
You will need to forward ports:
# UDP 3074
# TCP 3074

Its for PC lol and its the old very first telkom closer modems
Oh well, same difference 
Just check that it is using a static internal ip. Then enable port forwarding on the router:
First log into the router, normally you use a web interface and the address is normally 10.0.0.2, if that doesn't work try 192.168.1.1.
Once there look for something that says port forwarding and basically what you wanna do is set whatever port you want to go through to your pc's ip address (that is why it must be static so that it doesnt change when you reboot)
